  StayInn is a professional management company with operations that professionalize the alternative lodging industry with a vision to enhance modern travel. We lease vacation rental properties and provide luxurious accommodations maintained and operated by StayInn.

• Eligibility

  You must be 18 years or older and be able to enter into legally binding contracts to access and use the Site and Services. The Site and Services are intended solely for persons who are 18 years old or older. Any access to or use of the Site and/or Services by anyone under 18 years old is expressly prohibited.

You may not modify, delete, publish, or distribute the Content without first obtaining Our written permission.

  • Booking Accommodations and Reservation Procedure: You must provide us with your personal information and payment details to book an accommodation. We use your information to verify your identity and process your booking.
  • Additional Fees: In addition to the listing fee, other applicable fees may include cleaning fees, taxes, and service charges.
  • Accommodation Extensions: You may extend your stay provided there is no conflict with other reservations.
  • Modifications, Cancellations, and Refunds: Reservations canceled at least 14 days before check-in are fully refundable. Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
• Damage to Accommodations

  As a guest, you are responsible for leaving the accommodation in the condition it was in when you arrived. Should any damages occur, you agree to be charged for the replacement or repair of the property.

• Compliance with House Rules and Company Standards

  We strictly enforce adherence to our house rules and company standards. Failure to comply may result in corrective actions, including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of access to our services.

• Warranty Disclaimers
