The apartment complex is clean and well maintained; it feels more like a hotel. It is centrally located, surrounded by bars and restaurants. I’ve read a lot of stories about electricity issues in Beirut, but did not experience any while staying at the place. Stepping back to the ice cold apt. from the hot & sticky Beirut air was always a relief. The wifi was stable and strong. The interior was fresh. Cannot think of any cons.
